First and foremost, thank you SO much for visiting my blog and taking your time to read my very first blog post!! Please keep in mind this blog is very much a work in progress! I have been wanting to start a blog for SO long - and I finally did it!!
I started to realize I couldn't keep worrying about what my blog looked like, what font went here and what colour went there ... I had to just dive in and go for it - so I did! So you may be seeing the look change here and there as I figure out blogger but also finalize the look.
I consider this a "lifestyle, beauty and DIY" blog. Lifestyle is for everything in my day to day life ... organization, cooking, baking, general home tips and ideas, cleaning, fashion and style, decorating, etc. Beauty is pretty simple - I LOVE any and all things beauty related ... makeup, hair, skincare, nails ... so I thought why not give myself a place to talk about these things (rather than littering my Instagram feed with my new nail colours! - although, let's be honest that isn't going to stop anytime soon haha!). Finally, DIY - I am a HUGE crafter and "DIY-er". My family has been calling me 'Martha' for as long as I can remember!! So here will be a place for me to talk about all these things that I love and am so passionate about and share some tips and tricks with you!
I read a great quote on Pinterest recently .... it said "the things you do while you are procrastinating are probably the things you should be doing for the rest of your life". So - not to say this will become anything huge ... maybe the only people reading this is my family but you know what, that's OK!! These are the things I love to talk about, research and write about so why not spend some of my spare time sharing it all on one platform!
